The front desk staff provided amazing service. Especially Bryan and Felix were helpful! I could see both the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower by walking a short distance. The location is wonderful. I appreciated this convenience.
The hotel entrance is in an alleyway. Coming back at night, one needs to be careful. There was no kettle in the room. I had to keep going downstairs asking for hot water.

The breakfast was underwhelming (to put it mildly). The fruit salad had seen better days, sporting brown apples and a rather unwelcome hair. When I pointed it out to the staff, they acted as if they could not see it, stirring it around.

i found the location very convenient. it was a short walk to the arc de triomphe and champs-élysées. the metro station was also nearby, i could easily access other parts of the city. the staff were helpful and polite.

the reception staff were helpful. i was able to check into my room early in the morning (a definite plus after a long journey).

the classic double room had decent size for a couple. it featured a comfortable bed. the rooms were very clean. the bathroom had all the necessary amenities.

there were many dining options near the hotel. i found a starbucks nearby (a nice option for a quick coffee). a mcdonald's with cappuccino and croissants was just around the corner. the area had numerous bakeries.
